Kismet Retreat Packing List

To help you feel fully prepared and comfortable during your Soul Journey Retreat, we’ve put together a checklist of recommended items to bring. This retreat is all about relaxation, connection, and renewal, so we encourage you to pack with comfort and intention in mind. Be sure to check the weather and plan accordingly, and remember—less is more!

Essentials

Journal and pen

Phone Charger and cord

Bring cash or card to cover our Sunday afternoon meal at Grey Moss Restaurant.  Click here to see the menu

Clothing & Comfort

Bathing suit for a dip in the cool pool

Weather unpredictable.  Dress in layers.  Be prepared for rain. ​

Closed-toe shoes and socks for outside in the forest

Comfortable clothes for indoors and outdoors

Long pants and long sleeves recommended for forest time

Personal Comfort Items

Sheets and blankets will be provided for the rooms but please bring your own pillow if that will make you more comfortable.

Towels are provided

Small Backpack or Tote Bag to carry essentials between activities

Headphones for nighttime personal use

Refillable Water Bottle – Stay hydrated throughout the retreat

For Outdoor Activities & Ceremonies

Bring a sitting mat preferably not a yoga mat, preferably a blanket, or natural fibers that can be brought outdoors.

Hat for sun protection during outdoor activities
