Follow your GPS to the above address into our adorable little city of Grey Forest which you will be entering from Scenic Loop Road. Please note, the mailing address is Helotes. The City of Grey Forest does not have it's own post office.

Be alert and allow extra time for the ever-changing and extensive highway construction project.
​
There are several ways to get here and please note that GPS is not always up to date on changing road construction.
Currently these are the the TWO best options:

Exit 1604 onto I-10 west or
-
Exit a couple miles further onto Babcock Road.
Note: If needed, your gps might send you a bit further to Hwy16/ Bandera Rd. The first two options are a much more beautiful drive.

Once you exit, you’re about 15 minutes away and it’s a pretty drive up and down the hills.

Note: When you enter Grey Forest, do not speed along Scenic Loop Road. The speed limit is a strict 20mph and they absolutely will write a ticket. But no worries because the roads are narrow and curvy anyway and Grey🌳Forest Forest is only two miles long.

After you turn off Scenic Loop Road into Grey Forest, you will travel almost exactly one mile on a curvy narrow road. Then you will turn onto Requa Road which brings you up to the top of our very steep hill.

We are the last house on the left. Look for the Kismet sign.
Note: There is just one house beyond ours, it is a gated driveway just past ours, straight at the top of the hill.
​We have TWO driveway entrances that are not gated, please pull into the first one. This entrance is just past our neighbor’s driveway which is marked on the pole with number 9629.
But, no worries, most folks miss the first entrance, so just come a bit further to the second entrance after you see the KISMET sign.
It’s a little messy out there as there was a recent water leak and it all got dug up… you’ll see the fresh dirt!
As you pass the first driveway, you’ll notice our house number marking #9623 and you'll see the Kismet Sign on your left.
To Note: The second entrance is a bit rocky, dirty and rough, whereas the first driveway is a little more paved and smooth.
Let me know your estimated time of arrival (ETA). If it’s possible, text me when you are getting close and I’ll come outside to help you find the driveway. It’s not at all difficult and things are clearly marked.
