Join Kortnee “WhiteHawk” McDowell, local Reiki healing master and award-winning educator, to experience the healing power of nature. Spending time with trees can help you find health and happiness. Get connected with nature as a tool for healing your mind, body and spirit. Experience Shinrin Yoku, “Forest Bathing,” a cornerstone of preventive healthcare and healing in Japanese medicine. Science based health benefits include immune system boost, lowered blood pressure, stress reduction, enhanced mental health and increased cognitive function and creativity.
