What to Expect
If your event includes the following element:
Ecstatic Dance: A guided moving meditative dance experience where participants are encouraged to express themselves through movement without judgment or rules.
Cacao Ceremony: A ceremony of drinking and sharing ceremonial-grade cacao to enhance emotional release and spiritual connection. Please fully review the Liability and Medical Waiver. Important information regarding cacao is provided there. Cacao consumption is NOT required for participation.
Guided Meditation: A transformative meditation to center and prepare participants for emotional connection.
